Return Conditions

  • “7-Day No-Reason Return” for specific product categories (Please refer to the product details page for specific product categories)

Return Process

Please follow these steps to apply for a return:

The merchant or platform will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving and confirming the returned product

Log in to your account and find the corresponding order in “My Orders”

Click the “Apply for Return” button

Fill in the reason for the return and upload relevant proof photos (if any)

Wait for the merchant or platform to review (usually within 24 hours)

After the review is approved, return the product as instructed by the system
